Local Pickup
In-store pickup is available strictly by appointment only, to be arranged once the item is confirmed in stock and the customer has been notified via email that the item is ready for collection.
Collection is available during our normal business hours only (see Contact page for details)
Delivery - Mainland UK
All goods are dispatched on a courier delivery service with online tracking. A tracking number/tracking link will be emailed to the customer upon dispatch.
All goods in stock are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement Monday - Friday, all goods out of stock/special order will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible, and any significant delays will be notified immediately.
International Shipping
Please contact us for shipping outside of Mainland UK, all international shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis and we shall provide a shipping estimate within 24 hours of request, assuming shipment of the items is possible internationally.
